Dramatis Outreach is the charitable arm of Dramatis Community Drama School. The objective of the programme is to utilise the benefits of drama to support disadvantaged children and adults at zero cost (using grant finance).

These well recognised benefits include increased confidence and self esteem as well as improved communication skills. The Outreach progamme also helps people to re-engage in the community as Covid lockdown eases.

We are looking for trustees to move Dramatis Outreach forwards and work with the management team to extend its reach in the West Sussex community.

We are looking for applicants with background experience in charity board or charity management, social welfare matters in the community and understanding of drama’s welfare benefits. Some knowledge of fundraising would be useful.
